Can you put hardwood floors in a mobile home?

Can you put hardwood floors in a mobile home? I don’t mean just one room. I have a double wide and want to put hardwood THROUGH OUT. I am concerned about shifting and getting messed up especially around the center where the two halves meet or will it stay once it’s in. I know Lowe’s and Home Depot will not install in a mobile. I called one company a few weeks ago and they said they could install it, but when i asked if it could be through out without any problems they said they would call me back after they talked to their supervisor and i never heard back.
I am concerned with the shifting so much because we are near an airforce base and there are several sonic booms a day and it feels like small earthquakes. Also, as I said it will be THROUGHOUT, so yes, this will include the kitchen and bathrooms.

i would not do nail down or glue down unless you put a trim piece over the center. i would consider a floating floor like laminate or they even make floating Wood Floor, but that all depends how level your floors are.
