Tile Mural
what is my subfloor material? gypcrete? Can I lay mortar and tile right on it?
can you honestly lay tile over it!? Please help, I think I have some form of gypcrete or mock concrete subflooring (that can be chipped at and has a sandy texture when chipped with my tweezers) anyway…I want to do an artistic free style mural on the ground. Can I just mortar and tile away, or will I have problems?
P.S I’m on the second floor! 
Of course you can as I said to you before . lol The gypcrete you talk about is commonly used in condos, hotels and such for both sound proofing , for structure and some times even to do water pipes for Heating System.
