Glass Pebble

Painting over crushed glass finished stucco?

I’m looking into purchasing a home in Alberta Canada… its very nice other then the stucco that has crushed glass and pebbles in the finish. Is it possible to paint this stucco as a cheap option?

I’ve seen lots of houses that have had that done. It usually doesn’t look too bad either.
